Placing Orders

For bulk and board insulation; minimum 1 pallet.
Non- insulation items (fasteners, tapes, etc) are sold by the package / box.

Payment Terms
Full payment at the time of placing an order for stock items.

Special orders require a full payment at the time of placing an order.

Please allow 16 weeks for delivery of special orders

Sorry, but we do not provide any credit terms.

Returns, Refunds, product exchanges

All returns, refunds, exchanges must be pre-approved by us.
Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee + delivery fee.

Delivery

We can deliver anywhere in Australia. Will we take care of organising the delivery of your Goods to your kerbside.

Delivery costs depend on your location and the type of equipment that will be needed to unload your goods. Contact us for precise delivery costing.

We can provide temporary storage of your purchased materials at our warehouse for a small weekly fee of $10.00/pallet.
