    Important information regarding available stock & delivery times ​ Low stock levels Demand for our product has been stronger than anticipated over the past few months. While this is great new for us, it also means that we are now SOLD OUT or running low on our regularly stocked items. Lead times 4-5 months Plan your purchase well in advance. Current lead time for are 4-5 months. You should also plan extra time as there may be additional delays due supply chain disruptions within Australia Secure your goods ahead of time Don't wait to place an order. We suggest placing a 50% deposit to guarantee your lot of incoming stock. Stay informed Check back with us on a regular basis for updates. You'll find updated information either on this page or in the News section of our web site. GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION ​ Prices All prices shown on the web site or printed brochures include GST. Prices are subject to change at any time. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days. ​ Order quantities For bulk and board insulation products: minimum 1 pallet. Non- insulation items (fasteners, tapes, etc) : Sold individually or by the package / box. ​ Orders & Payment Orders are accepted via phone or email. Payment are due upon reception of our invoice. Payments to us can be made via a Bank transfer. In the near future we will be able to accept Credit Card payments. Special orders. For non-stocked items, we require a full payment at the time of placing an order. Please allow a minimum 16 weeks for delivery of special orders. Outstanding balance must be paid prior to delivery. ​ ​ Returns All returns, refunds, exchanges must be pre-approved by us. Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee + delivery fee ​ ​ DELIVERY INFORMATION We delivery within a week of receiving full payment for the goods. We can deliver anywhere in Australia. Will we take care of organising the delivery of your Goods to your kerbside or to your depot. Most deliveries are via a crane truck or a truck with forklift. ​ Delivery costs depend on your location and the type of equipment that will be needed to unload your goods. Contact us for precise delivery costing. ​ Storage Free storage for the first 7 days.   • Wet process versus Dry process. What's the difference?

    Steico uses two processes to manufacture wood fibre insulation materials - the wet process and the dry process. In both processes, fresh coniferous wood is broken down by steam and mechanical treatment into individual fibres, which are then further processed.
