Where can our products be purchased?

You can purchase all our products directly from us. We delivery throughout Australia. We will organize to have the items delivered to your site or to a depot of your choice.

Prices are located on each Product item page of our website.
All prices shown are GST  inclusive

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise

Order quantities
For insulation boards & batts:  minimum 1 pallet.
Non- insulation items (fasteners, tapes, etc) : Sold individually or by the package / box.

Orders & Payment
Orders are accepted via phone or email. Payment is due upon reception of our invoice. Payments to us can be made via a Bank transfer or credit cards.

For non-stocked items, we may require a full payment at the time of placing an order. Please allow a minimum 16 weeks for delivery of special orders. Outstanding balance must be paid prior to delivery.

All returns, refunds, exchanges must be pre-approved by us. Returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee + delivery fee. Learn more about our Sales Terms & Conditions below.


Generally we delivery within a week of receiving full payment for the goods. We can deliver anywhere in Australia. Will we take care of organising the delivery of your Goods to your kerbside or to your depot.


Delivery charges
Delivery costs depend on your location and the type of truck that will be needed to unload your goods. Contact us for precise delivery costing.

Free storage for the first 7 days. Additional days of storage of at $7 + gst per pallet / per calendar week.
